ingredients.

  • 1-2 cup water or nut/oat milk

  • Handful of ice

  • 1/2-1 cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • Handful of frozen spinach (I keep the tub in the freezer)

  • 1 cup frozen berries or 1/2-1 banana

  • 1 scoop of protein powder

  • 1 TB nut butter of choice

  • 1 TB cacao nibs

  • 1 TB hemp hearts

directions.

  • Place all ingredients in Vitamix and use tamper to push down all items - this will take a minute and you have to use those biceps and shoulders as it will almost be like ice cream consistency. Be patient. Make sure all is combined and scoop out into a GIANT sized bowl. Additional toppings: more cacao nibs (you KNOW this), unsweetened coconut flakes, more nut butter (because FATS!), more berries, paleo granola (Steve’s Paleo Crunch), etc.

  • If you want less BOWL and more smoothie consistency, use more water/nut or oat milk
