About Me

I am a personal trainer, endurance coach, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Enneagram workshop facilitator based in Denver, Colorado. After co-founding Compass Fitness, a class-based studio in Denver, I began expanding my work to help one-on-one clients deepen their understanding of nutrition, movement, and overall wellness.

My personal love of triathlon and running led me into endurance coaching in 2023, where I now support athletes in building strength, confidence, and resilience through intentional training and personalized programming.

I’m also deeply passionate about the Enneagram and use it as a transformative tool for professional teams and small groups. Through virtual and in-person workshops, I help people cultivate self-awareness, navigate interpersonal dynamics, and grow into more grounded, effective leaders.

I am a lululemon Legacy Ambassador, a 200-hour RYS certified yoga instructor (since 2010), a Level 1 USA Weightlifting coach, UESCA certified, and hold a BA in Kinesiology. I’ve been teaching yoga and fitness in Colorado Springs and Denver for more than two decades, and I remain committed to helping individuals and communities build healthier, more intentional lives through movement, education, and meaningful self-development.

In early 2018, I was co-producing fitness and yoga events in Denver, dj’ing, teaching small and large scale fitness classes and wondering what was next. I had spent over 12 years in the world of movement and had actually feared owning my own brick and mortar studio after the experiences I had left me wondering if there was a way to own a studio and not run myself physically and mentally into the ground. I began talking with long-time friend and fellow teacher, Heather Harrington about some possible collaborations and long story short, a physical location on broadway was an opportunity they couldn’t say no to but instead, “Sure we will give it a year, see how it goes, at least to say we tried”. The ideology and name behind Compass Fitness is the belief that there are many ways to move your body and as we age, experience injuries, and discover new fitness expressions, the goal is to keep moving, enjoy doing it and love the people you experience it with.

In June of 2025, the Compass ownership team and I decided it was time to pass the torch to someone else who could take the gym to the next level. I am still thrilled to be programming classes, teaching, and personal training out of the space. It’s always felt like home to me, and I love the people there.
