My approach to nutrition goes beyond simply telling you what to eat. I look at the full picture—your daily routines, training, stress, sleep, and health history—to create a plan that is both effective and sustainable.
For many clients, this includes a focus on body recomposition—building lean muscle while improving body composition through a combination of strength training, appropriate fueling, and consistency over time. For others, the goal is simply to feel better: more energy, better digestion, improved recovery, and a more balanced relationship with food.
Rather than following rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans, we build a framework that fits your life. This often includes supporting key areas like blood sugar balance, digestion, hydration, sleep, and stress—because how your body processes and responds to food matters just as much as what you eat.
My background as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner informs this work, bringing a whole-body, bio-individual approach to every client. The goal is to help you better understand your body, make informed decisions around food, and build habits that support long-term health and performance.

My approach to nutrition goes far beyond food alone. While what you eat absolutely matters, true progress—especially regarding energy, metabolism, and body composition—is shaped by a much bigger picture. Rather than focusing only on meals, we look at what’s happening before, during, and after you eat, and how those factors influence your physiology, performance, and long-term health.
Throughout our remote work together, we take a comprehensive look at the systems that most directly impact how you feel and function day to day. This includes:

Building a whole-food, nutrient-dense foundation

For clients with body composition goals, our focus is not on restriction or short-term dieting, but on creating an internal environment that supports lean muscle development, sustainable fat loss, and consistent energy availability. This often means improving consistency, increasing appropriate intake, optimizing protein, and aligning nutrition with training and daily demands.
Over the course of our time together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of how food interacts with your body and how to make informed, sustainable choices that support both how you feel, perform, and adapt. Following an in-depth individual assessment, I’ll create personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations designed to fit into your real life, not disrupt it.
